On Tuesday, I had contact from a new customer who had a small difficulty in trying to download a piece of music she needed *that day.* I was officially out of state and in regions where internet access is only spotty at best, but I was determined to help her. So I asked the composer of the piece (Dan Carter) to contact her and help her through the process. Not only was she delighted to be contacted by the composer, she was delighted and surprised by the personal attention she received to make sure she could keep her deadline. The reason this is important to us is because we believe in customer service.
